Note: Since this Low Carb Sandwich Bread didn't rise much, I cut it in half crosswise, then cut each half into 4 slices so they were the size of regular bread.
This is better toasted.

1/4 c ground flax seeds (0)
1/4 cup protein powder (2)
1/4 cup soy flour
3 eggs
1/2 c sour cream
1 1/2 t baking powder
1/2 t salt
4 T olive oil
