Low Carb Ham Sauce Ingredients: 1 Tbsp butter 1 tbsp soy flour 1/4 cup light cream 1/4 cup water 1 tsp Dijon mustard 4 oz ham, chopped Melt butter, stir in flour. Add cream and water, and mustard, stirring until thickened. Add ham. Serve over crepes. Serves 2 (2 crepes each) 6.7 carbs (5.7 NET carbs) This is really not a lot of trouble, especially if you make the crepes ahead. I freeze them between layers of wax paper in a ziplock bag and just defrost before using
